Changes and returns are made within 14 days from the day you received the product. To make the change or return it is necessary that the product has not been damaged but it is in excellent condition as received with the special tags and the order receipt as well as the tax document (receipt-invoice), which has been issued. The charge of the return or change belongs exclusively to the consumer unless it is the fault of the She-loves e-shop (defective product, wrong product etc.). In this case and as long as the She-loves e-shop is responsible, we undertake, in addition to the return costs and the costs of the new shipment, if you wish to replace the product. You have the option to return a part of your order and you will get a refund as detailed in the field below “Money return”. In any case, you must first contact us either by email or by phone.
- Product changes in the e-shop:
- i) Fill the return form that you will find in the packaging or by clicking here list the reasons you wish to return.
- ii) Place the tax document that accompanies your order (receipt-invoice) and the return form on your package.
iii) Return the product very tightly packed to prevent damage during the transfer. Return costs belong exclusively to the consumer, unless the change is due to fault of the She-loves e-shop (defective product-wrong product). In this case and as long as the She-loves e-shop is responsible, we undertake and the cost of the new shipment to replace the product. Otherwise the costs belong exclusively to the consumer. Contact with us to give you the exact address of receipt of the product.
- Money return:
For purchases from the online store, the possibility of refund is provided if you do not want a change. Refunds are not possible for purchases from the physical store.
The procedure to follow is:
i)Fill in the return form found on the packaging or by clicking here and select “money return”.
- ii) Place the tax document that accompanies your order (receipt-invoice) and the return form on the package.
iii) Return the product very tightly packed to prevent damage during the transfer at the address indicated to you. The refund will be made to the bank accounts listed in the Payments and Safety section (preferably National Bank), within 15 days upon receipt of the product. You also need to mention the name of the first beneficiary of your account to avoid mistakes.
- iv) When returning your order or part of it, if you do not want to change the product or get a refund you have the option to ask for your money to be used in a future purchase from our online store. In this case you will receive an email for the remaining money available, which you should use for purchases within four months.
Attention: If you do not follow the above instructions, the return will not be accepted by our company.
